Mohanpura — The Land of Heroes
Our village, Mohanpura, proudly honors the legacy of brave martyrs like Amar Shaheed Major Harbans Singh Chahal (Sena Medal) and Shaheed Major Bhupinder Singh (Shaurya Chakra). Situated on the Indo-Pak border in Sri Ganganagar, Rajasthan, it stands as a testament to courage and sacrifice.
Inspired by Jagdamba Prasad Mishra "Hiteshi’s" words—“शहीदों की चिताओं पर लगेंगे हर बरस मेले।
वतन पर मरनेवालों का यही बाक़ी निशाँ होगा॥
”—the Mohanpura Fit Riders pledge to celebrate their spirit every day.
Through our daily rides, we dedicate every mile—whether two or two thousand—to the heroes who brought glory to our nation. On their birthdays and martyrdom days, we ride to their memorials to offer our heartfelt tributes and keep their flame of patriotism alive.
